Hejian Perfect
Drilling Equipments Co., Ltd. is a drill bits manufacturer, specialized in the
designing and manufacturing of diamond bits used in petroleum industry.

high performance bits with advanced equipments and technologies under the
strict quality check and assurance procedures according to bit designing
computer program and CAD with which combines the knowledge of rock mechanics,

manufactured under strictly fulfilling SY/T 5217-2000 diamond bit standard of
Petro- China; and are subject to ISO 9001-2000 and API Q1 quality control
system confirmation. Our products include 4 1/2” to 17 1/2” PDC bits and core
bits on demands of customers.

Meanwhile with the

the used or scrap tri-cone rock bits, PDC drill bits or replace the old with new ones.
The main structure features:
- Tungsten carbidematrix PDC possesses high wear resistance and impact resistance.
- Parabolic crown profile and maximizes junk slot area can clean bit better, and prolong the bit working life.
- Applying hydraulics balance design, 5 renewal nozzles and reasonable nozzles locating angle can gain ideal fluid field in well bottom, fully clean and cool cutter, and prolong the cutter working life.
- Non-symmetry blade arrangement enhances drilling well balance.
- Optimization for cutter shape, slant angle, cutter numbers prolong the cutter working life in combination with high quality PDC cutter, and improve ROP and drilling efficiency.
- It can be used on rotary or down hole motor.
- High HIS is recommended.

|
Attention should
be paid to the following iterms in order to get better resoult:
|
1. Inspect on the bit's size and type before the bit running into the
well like to check if the size is right as well as the type of pin shank of
rock bit is fit for that of the joint or the jet nozzles is set properly.
|
2. Check the well bottom and clean up all the fallen stuff.
|
3. Bit can be applied in the well only after its joint with driller and
balance must be kept with a speed under control.
|
4. Bits shall be especially prevented from hitting the wall of well in
irregular drilling sections and by this way the break of teeth or bits
shirttail, which may lead advance failure of the sealing, can be avoided.
|
5. The pump shall be started to cycle the mud when the new drilling bit
is 3 to 5 meters away from the well bottom. Do not start the conveying disc
after the pressure has been applied on bits.
|
6. When touching the well bottom, the bits shall be slowly and slightly
rotated for 30 minutes to make a new bottom and then be applied with
pressures with normal targets.
|
7. During the drilling, balance must be kept and bit shall be applied
evenly without stop.
|
8. The bits shall be kept dry, ventilated, out of exposure of sunshine,
raining and high temperature during the transportation and storage.
|
9. All bits are not fit for wiping, especially with high rotation
speed.
|
10. Low rotation speed shall be selected when high drilling pressure is
applied. Maximum values of drilling pressure and rotation speed at the same
moment is prohibited.
|
11. Cleaning job shall be done in the bottom of well before further
drilling when there is dirty or with fallen stuff.
|
12. The rotation speed of bits shall be controlled in recommended
scope. Pressure in well shall be applied evenly without break.
|
13. Operator shall concentrate his energy when doing drilling job and
guard against the sliding of bits. Also operator shall analyze and carry out
further methods when finding abnormal appearances like jumping of bits.
|
14. It is normal that the tooth wheel is hard to be manually rotated
when new bits with sealing roll bearing are applied. Do not immerse the bits
in oil or knock the bits with heavy object.
|
QUALITY GUARANTEE
According to the product quality
law of the People’s Republic of China, in order to protect the legitimate
interest both the user and manufacturer, here we would like to make the promise
as follow:
1. Producing abiding with API Q1 & Spec7 standard and
the Chinese standard of SY/T5164, SY/T5217 and Q/JZ.J.2.
2. Since the date of sale, in the warranty period there
should be not the material fault and the producing defects of impacting on the
usage.
3. If the client can present the real and related
documents to prove the product don’t meet the quality standard, we would like
to make the replacement or refund.
4. The Service period: the 90 days after sales.
As the company can not control the
products in market and in drilling operation, and can not predict the complexity
of the underground work environment and the variability of the drilling
operations, thus can not ensure that the drill bits sold to meet any specific
outcome or competence for a particular purpose, does not guarantee the
comparability of the drill bit drill in the proper use under the conditions of
normal use. Therefore, we will not bear any responsibility for the result of
product defects and loss of the following acts:
1. The damage to the drill bit and its parts because of
the improper handling and storage; the failure beyond the warrantee of rubber,
oil, materials aging, etc.
2. The rebuild bits;
3. The damage duo to improper operation
4. Changing the construction with special purposes or
using the nonstandard components.
5.
Using the improper nuzzles and wrong installation.
The guarantee applies to the first
clients who receive the products which are sold by ourselves and our agency.
